When you purchase a ticket for a class or workshop, you're making a commitment after considering your availability beforehand.

This policy ensures fairness to all our students, as a cancellation means another student misses out on a spot.

Moreover, as a small business, overseeing and managing ticket transfers and credits has proven challenging and ineffective.
